Section 105
Arrangements for complaints, grievances and hearings of employees

(1) Except in cases where the employee is entitled to file a complaint or appeal elsewhere in accordance with this Act and the prevailing law, if he feels that he is aggrieved with the services, conditions, facilities provided in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act, and any matter related to the employee or in connection therewith If no action is taken even after informing the head of the department, he can submit his complaints and grievances to the committee as prescribed.
(2) Other provisions related to the complaints, complaints and hearings of the employees shall be as prescribed.
